Serves as both the Technical Director and Certifications Manager at ISO CERT UK, With deep expertise in ISO standards, compliance auditing, and system implementation, he ensures that all certification activities are executed with precision and in alignment with international best practices. Emily holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Glasco university and brings extensive experience in strategic consulting and regulatory compliance.

James Collins is responsible for overseeing daily operations and internal coordination within the organization. His role involves managing administrative systems, ensuring documentation integrity, and supporting interdepartmental efficiency. With a background in operational leadership, James is a key contributor to the company’s structured and organized workflow.

Priya Sharma manages client accounts with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
